Elder Flower Tincture, similar to the effects of Elderberry syrup, is both anti-viral and immune stimulating. Commonly used for upper respiratory infections, colds and flu. Also useful to stimulate sweating and bowel functions and as a diuretic for rheumatism and arthritis. Elder Flower will bind to uric acid and help it be excreted from the body gently. This herb is mild enough for children, as a fever breaker, when weakened in tea.
